Shipping policy

*Due to covid-19, regular shipping options have been restricted for some countries. Regular shipping is available for US and Trinidad customers ONLY.
Express shipping is available to all counties.

We use Jamaica Post, Knutsford Express and in-house delivery for Kingston & St. Andrew. Orders are processed and shipped in 1-3 business days except on holidays. Orders placed before 12:00pm on Fridays will be processed. If your order is placed on a weekend or holiday, it will be processed the next business day. 

We ship from Jamaica to anywhere in the world. International delivery can take up to 18 days using Jamaica Post. For Fast Track shipping option, please email us for rates at hello@tropikinaturals.com. We cannot accept responsibility for any customs fees that your order may attract in your country. You, the buyer, are responsible for these fees.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email along with tracking information if available. 

Shipping rates are as follows:

International (Caribbean, USA, Canada, UK, Europe) - $10USD

Kingston & St. Andrew - $500JMD

Post to Post - $300JMD

Knutsford Express - $650JMD

*Package is shipped to Knutsford Express office for customer to pick up. Please provide contact number.
